Guided hiking & tasting tours currently run every day of the week, starting at 07:45. Please contact us for group bookings on other days. Pre-bookings only. Bookings will close 24 hours prior to commencement time and date.

Blouklip Trail

Part of the Blaauwklippen Wine Trails network, the Blouklip Trail winds through winelands and natural habitats at the foot of Stellenbosch Mountain, providing unforgettable opportunities to explore the flavours, sounds, and vistas of these precious surroundings.

Starting at historic Blaauwklippen, an experienced guide will take you through vineyards, orchards and Fynbos to Dornier’s modern art-inspired tasting area, where you can enjoy their famed bagels and exceptional wines. This will be followed by a short walk to the nearby Stellenzicht Wine Pod, where you will be treated to an exquisite wine and chocolate pairing. Still more adventure awaits – you will be transported back to Blaauwklippen by tractor and wagon, where your unique tour will culminate with an award-winning wine and food pairing!

The experience will end at +- 14:00

Tractor & wagon rides not always available due to farming operations but alternative transport will be provided. Some of the wineries might be closed due to trading hour changes or private functions, we will then include Kleinood Wine & Olive pairing.
